Stop, Dump, Breathe

I've noticed a lot of posts across social media this week from women who are feeling overwhelmed with their business and/or life!  I just wanted to share one of my favorite tips for getting past the panic.  

✅Stop what you're doing and grab a pen and a piece of paper.  

✅Write a list of everything you need to do.  Life, business, kids, all of it.  

✅Take a deep breath.

Now, you'll often notice once you put all of these things on paper that there's not really so much you HAVE to do RIGHT NOW.  Some things you can do now, some things you can break into smaller tasks, and some things need to wait. 

But - now they're out of your brain, and you can relax because you've just started writing your action plan.
